I take these products consistently and God is healing and rejuvenating the cells of my body. We can take charge of our own health and have peace that we will not reap what we have not sown. We can trust God to heal our bodies just like we trust him when we cut a finger. Healing is just as God is, but we have to be good stewards to keep our bodies clean inside and outside. Just like we have to keep the little cut on the finger clean. to stop infection, so do we have to keep our insides clean. Dr. Meggs research shows all disease is the result of inflammation. God's Word within our DNA is a constant factor of well-being and healing for IN HIM we live and move and have our being. Keep the DNA clean and nourished and Healing IS. THE DNA IS NOT A PROGRAM!
When I determined to try PXP, I began with quadrupling the PXP servings This is my choice and my experiment with my own body, and you can decide to do what you will do based on your own prayers and knowledge. I will do that the first 4 months. When I feel that my body's cells have become stronger and not in a recovery state, I am going to take a maintenance amount of 1 scoop a day.
How I take the PXP is to use about 8 ounces of water and then I add the Alfa energy to the water. This makes the water surface tension much smoother for greater absorption power. Then I add 2 scoops of Alfa PXP and mix well using a wisk. I hold the wisk like I am clapping my hands and roll my hands over the handle to make it spin and it mixes very well that way. I let the PXP solution sit about 5 minutes so it will be completely saturated with the Alfa Energy water before I drink it. I drink it on an empty stomach and I drink it slowly holding it in my mouth for a few seconds so absorption can begin in the mouth. I do this twice daily and on an empty stomach. I take the B-12 about 3-5 times a day to keep a steady flow of this awesome aid to well being. I always let the B-12 dissolve under my tongue.
